The following is a request for an experienced Apple app developer to write an iPhone app to be published in the "Apple App Store."
The concept app would be modeled after the traditional game "Where is Waldo?" However, instead of Waldo, the user of this app will be looking for a small image of former president Bush "W" -- for political satire reasons.
The envisioned app is quite straight forward in operation:
The user would pick 1 of 50 background templates. The background templates would be filled in with a large amount of random people (similar to the traditional Where is Waldo books?) with the image of "W" placed in a hard to find spot in the large crowd.
The user would use the iPhone's touch screen features to "zoom-in" and "zoom-out," looking at the crowd, to try to find W.
Once the user thinks they have found W, they would then zoom-in on the image and press the screen (right over the image). If the user is correct, W stands up from the crowd and waves. Following, the user would then be prompted to choose another background to play another game.
If the user is wrong in their selection, the app would prompt the user that their selection was "incorrect" and direct the user to continue to look for W.
If you are interested in bidding on developing this app, please do so ONLY if you know that you have the expertise to do it correctly. I plan on having this written quickly and published in the App Store shortly thereafter. All serious bids will be considered.
