Conference website - updates/fixes

I have just launched a new website ([login to view URL]) and need help with a couple of updates/fixes. This will likely be ongoing over this week and I need these changes done ASAP (in the next hour). Here is the first hour of work: 1)On the homepage there is 8 speakers displayed (via 'Users' in the Wordpress CMS). If I add more speakers it adds them underneath but I want to keep it to a maximum of 8 on the homepage. Create a checkbox for speakers ('Users') that says 'Do not display on the homepage' so if we have 9 speakers for example we can choose which are not displayed on the homepage. 2) On the schedule page - morning tea/lunch says 'admin'. Need the word 'admin' removed from all items that aren't allocated to a user. 3) On the schedule page - I'm trying to add one more entry 'Day Two {Workshop B} Stephen Johnson' (you can find this in the posts section in the Wordpress CMS) but for some reason it is not being displayed. Need this to be fixed. 4) Sponsors - remove character limit on sponsor posts (post category 'sponsors')
