Fix errors in wordpress & buddypress theme

Looking for an expert - my existing wordpress theme has combined with a buddypress theme.. the website is working well except for a few items (5-6) of them - for some strange reasons - for example

1. The order by listing doesn't work at 3 places in the site

2. I can upload photos for my buddypress profile avatar .. but cannot crop images.

3. Add photos link missing.

Looking for an wordpress expert in javascript / ajax / php to see where's the errors and problem might be.

This project is about fixing and getting the original functionalities of the buddypress theme to work.

I need this project to be completed within 3 days.
