My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.3.1, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers.
The site uses the plugin Gravity Forms 1.6.2 to allow for posts to be submitted by visitors.
Gravity forms allows for the post to be in one of 3 states "published", "draft" or "pending review" . The setting is currently set on published.
Currently, after the visitors fill out the form they have a preview of the post before it is published and are able to edit it before it is published. This preview was custom created by a programmer by a custom plugin.
After the visitor clicks on publish the post is saved as a draft, even though the setting is currently set on published.
If I change the setting to "draft" or "pending review" , the preview feature does not work.
What I want:
1. I want to be able to control the status of the post - "published", "draft" or "pending review", through the gravity forms settings.
2. I want that whatever of the 3 options I choose, the preview feature will keep working.

The project should be completed within 48 hours of being awarded the project.
Prior experience with gravity forms is an advantage.
The work will be done on a test site, and when successful done on a live site.
