Hello folks! We need to integrate our helpdesk solution (hesk) with WordPress and extend its functionality a little bit. There are many tutorials out there for wordpress integration, it should be fairly easy.
In addition to the integration we need to make a few changes to Hesk and extend it's functionality. It already has a timekeeping function but the values are not saved in the database, we need another field added to the DB and a "save time" button that associates the time with the ticket. We also need hesk to dump the aggregate time spent for each ticket category (which we will be using to separate clients).
Wordpress integration requirements:
1) single sign on
2) theme integration
3) pre-fill name and email in ticket submission from wordpress values
