Simple category fix on wordpress

I have a bug with a wordpress website that I am unable to solve. To show you what I mean if you go to juplix[dot]com/dinneronludlow and head to the menu section and then click dinner, Top section is were the problem lies.

As you can see the top area is also showing posts from the sub categories below ( i.e the top posts are meant to end at - Beet & Goat Cheese Salad)

If anyone knows and can implement a quick fix asap i will award you
