simple wordpres plugin

I need a small plugin for creating redirects in wordpress. Most of the plugin can be reused from this plugin, so I think this will be quite easy project: [login to view URL] ## Deliverables I'm looking for a developer who can do the following: The plugin can be based on this plugin, but you may write a new one aswell if that's easier for you. [login to view URL] you will create a config panel where you can add redirects, same style as the previously mentioned plugin (So you can reuse that code and remove the code which is not needed) When you create a new entry or edit a entry, you'll have the following fields: url 1 url 2 add redirection (button) In the overview, I want to have the urls visible + the id of the redirection. in the post or page editor, I would like to have a button added for adding shortcode. When pressed, it should generate the following shortcode: [redirect id="" src="" name="" ] the shortcode will be used to generate a small form in the post or page, which will look like this: <form action="{[login to view URL]}" method="post" name="cart"><input name="product_id" type="hidden" value="1" /><br /> <input type="image" src="/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/[login to view URL]" /></form> id = {the user should add the id for configuration entry, this will be the product_id in the form} src= {when this is filled out, an input type=image will be generated. If this is empty a normal button is generated. and will show the image specified in the url} name= {If a normal input button is generated, this will be name of this button.} When a user submits this form, the following will happen: A script will run and will catch the post data. The script will look for the configuration id specified as product_id Now the following should happen: a frameset should be generated with 2 horizontal frames. Frame 1 (top) will only be 1 pixel and will not be visible for the user. This will open url 1 as specified in the record. Frame 2 (bottom) will be visible for the user and will display a progress bar for max 5 seconds and will redirect the user to url 2. That's it!
