Single product page + shopping cart in a Wordpress website

We are developing a custom Wordpress website with a collection of about 1600 products in furniture and design.
On this moment there is a filter being built that can filter through the collection within three taxonomies : The brand, the designer and the product category.
When this is done we want to hire an experienced freelancer who can develop the rest of the website.
What still has te be done:
- Gallery view of product images
We're working with the ACF (Advanced Custom Fields plugin) to enter details of products in the admin but we're having trouble to display multiple images (with different sizes!) in a nice gallery on the single product page (were intending to use something like the cycle plugin or NIVO, or something similar.) The first image of the product has to become a thumbnail in the product list (grid view).
- Similar products
On the single product page, there has to be a list of three to five 'similar products', or 'products you may like'.. based on products tags.
- Develop a Jquery shopping cart.
When a product has been added to the cart via the single product page, the cart has to appear on the screen on a specific place with use of jquery. The number,name and small thumbnail of the items are displayed in this cart. With a click on a button in the cart an order page appears with the name of the product, the number of items and and a place for customer details. No payment options are required, only an ordering system via email which sends the product title and amount of products.
We don't want an open source wordpress ecommerce solution because the admin is custom made with the ACF plugin and custom taxomies. (The filter is also custom built.)
Were looking for a Wordpress expert who preferrably has done this before.
