Wordpress + Buddypress + Membership Expert Needed!

Previous programmer didn't finish site and now after testing, a couple of small issues remain and he's nowhere to be found.

I need someone who is very familiar with Wordpress plugins (especially membership plugins) and Wishlist Member to help me fix the small remaining issues.

Issue #1: Registration is a 2 step process. Users first 'register', which signs them up for a standard/free account.

2nd step is for them to 'upgrade' their account which is where they pay and then their account is supposed to be 'upgraded' to a higher level membership. Customers are completing payment successfully but their accounts aren't being changed from 'free' accounts to 'paid' account levels.

Issue #2: There is currently a counter that shows members how many days are remaining in their membership. Seems to be working with only one major problem... it's counting upwards instead of downwards :) So today it may show 50 days remaining, but tomorrow it will show 51 days remaining (instead of 49 days remaining)

Issue #3: This isn't necessary....but would be a bonus if it can be done easily.

Site currently has a 'newsletter' plugin, as well as a tool to mass-email users within Wishlist Member.

The Wishlist member email tool allows for specifying which 'groups' or which 'membership levels' to send to. (ie: only send to 'gold members', etc)

The newsletter plugin doesn't allow for that, but would be great if it could, as the newsletter plugin is a much better tool for sending emails.

Please don't waste your time or mine by sending me long resumes and lists of sites that you've completed that have nothing to do with this project.

I'm looking for the fairest priced bids, best programmer for the job and the fastest completion timeframe :)
