Wordpress Code - Simple Fix

I need to change a line of code on my wordpress multisite, so that it changes to the site address that you are currently on.

I have a site drop down menu in the search box which currently works, however it does not change to the site you are on, once you have landed on it.

For someone that knows what they are doing it will take a couple of minutes to fix.

I require someone to supply the new line of code to fix the problem.
