Okay, here is where I'm at.
I have created 4 websites for 4 different pharmacies. They are all identical due to the fact that the same guys own all of them. Well these sites are essentially turning into their Human Resource department because each time they hire a new sales rep, the reps are instructed to go to the site, read 4-6 documents (employee handbook, non-disclosure agreement, etc.), and digitally acknowledge that they have read them (using the plugin Quform ([url removed, login to view]) ). Then they are instructed to watch 5 videos pertaining to the legal aspects of pharmaceutical sales. After these videos, the reps are instructed to take a brief quiz on the particular video.
The plugin I'm using for the quizzes is [url removed, login to view] For the time being, that plugin will suffice. The videos and quizzes are part of the "Compliance" that each rep is required to complete.
Here is what I need:
I am using [url removed, login to view] to set up the roles for the marketing reps and pharmacy staff. The pharmacy staff needs to be able to see which marketing reps have acknowledged the required forms, as well as what quizzes the reps have taken (and their pass/fail rate). The dashboard widget needs to display each marketing rep's username, and when a particular rep is selected, the staff needs to be able to see all of their form and quiz submissions.
Each item needs to be clickable where the staff can see what forms were submitted, what forms are left, what compliance was completed, and what compliance is left.
Then on the marketing rep's dashboard, the same concept needs to be present. They need to see what forms/compliance they have completed, and what they need to complete.
That is basically it. How does this sound? Also, this is my first time to use [url removed, login to view], so bear with me. Thanks for your time.
