WordPress Theme License Key

Hi all,
I'm looking for someone who can integrate a WordPress theme with a licensing system. Where as a buyer will have to key in a license generated after the purchase (via eJunkie (by PayPal)). The generated license key should be flexible enough to deactivate or activate.
I would like to have the best security possible. Please big only you understand overall project scope.
Project scope:
- Create a licensing system (must work with eJunkie sales (by PayPal))
- Integrate the license to WordPress theme

It would be great to have the purchaser email as the license key instead of generated keys.
