309464 Wordpress work

Hello, I need somebody familiar with wordpress to look why one of my adsense ads stopped working, I belive its due to some error in the code, we manage our adsense through the plugin adsense manager. I also need all my adsense ads replaced in 3 blogs and a buy now link to be added under each post. and also I need a link added beside the headers in the menus. It should not take longer than 1 hour to get this done. Please only people who have good english and know their way around with wordpress. Thanks, WF
