Bookcover Image Generator

We have a bookstore in my site. We get from publishers xml (onix) + bookcover-image files containing book info (price etc.) and cover images respectively. Sometimes some books are sent without the bookcover image. We installed an image generator which supposed to automatically create image for any book with cover image. The freelancer who created the generator will not be available for a month or so; although he sent instruction on how to opearte the generator, we are having difficulty making it to generate the images. we want a freelancer to check if the generator is working as it should and possibly fix it if there is any issues. In addition, we want the freelancer to also check to ensure that other areas of the bookstore works as it should.
