A new corporate website that could use our existing CRM information. We have been using the CRM for two years and have a large amount of data in it that we need to retain.
It would integrate SugarCRM with OSCommerce in order to have the shopping cart be integrated with the customers records (someone has written a module for this at [url removed, login to view]).
The OSCommerce part would have real-time UPS freight quotes, let our salespeople process wholesale orders with our Pay Pal Pro credit card gateway, and automatically email a receipt and tracking information to the customer as well as the salesperson. The email would need to have the customer name and order number in it for later reference. The sales data would need to export once a day to QuickBooks with a IIF file to update our books. We are using QuickBooks Premier Manufacturing Edition 2006
Other hacks that would be nice to have in the SugarCRM:
Document Management [url removed, login to view];L=1
Email integration [url removed, login to view]
Reporting [url removed, login to view]
RSS Feeds to watch what is happening [url removed, login to view]
I would also like to code of the SugarCrm to be modified so that a simple check box could publish the location of our dealer on a Yahoo! map that is integrated within the OSCommerce site. I would like the ability for a web surfer to enter their US ZipCode in a query box and have the nearest 10 dealers displayed for them on a map. I would also like to have the map clickable so that a person can click on their location and have the nearest dealers appear. Also the map should show the location of all dealers that sell our product (currently around 600)
I would like to have our existing Coppermine Photo Gallery albums integrated with the site, enabling an easy method of integrating product pictures with the product itself. Currently OSCommerce only allows one picture per product, which is not enough for us.
