109688 Finish site- XHTML, PHP, CMS

Reposted due to lack of sufficient bids. Please post more than "I can do it" if you wish to earn my business. Need help finishing this site: [login to view URL] (note: there is no contact info on the site, whois is private as well) Need the following done: --Integrate simple/free content management system that will allow users to login and edit text on site. --Fix code as needed to be I.E. and Firefox friendly --enable email address box on home page --Home page: put text in red, gray, and blue title bars on right of page --Include "next event" feature of EasyPHPCalender(.com) in last box of right column. --These pages need the following: Get Invovled, Links, About Us: CMS for adding/editing text only --Install "text on calendar" mode of EasyPHPCalendar on "upcoming events page" (see [login to view URL]) --Install free PHP (or other if prefered) photo gallery on gallery page. Should have login for updating/editing etc. I hope this all makes sense, I will clarify as needed.
