Integration of facebook, forum, and CMS

We are looking for the integration of three things (these three components will be the main parts of the same website): 1) a complete facebook clone with additional functionality (in essence a few custom applications) and a different design. I don't care where you use your code from, such as open source but nothing with copyright. You may use previous work. 2) a forum with additional functionality (such as users having the ability to create private boards, invites through network (facebook) clone, and many user levels (which is integrated with a specific status the person selects in their network profile. Such as if a person is defined as an elementary student in their profile, then that person is only able to view and do certain things in the forum.) 3) a course management system (CMS). There are multiple opensource softwares ready for free download: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] you may choose anyone of them (or any others you find) as the base to create one specific to our needs. You have the choice of choosing one that is best suited for your programming. All of them share functions and are quite alike. however, they also have some unique functions (such as moodle). we are looking more for something that incorporates all their functions. (not all of them, but most of them so please go through each software so you can get a feel of what we are looking for). Desire 2 Learn is another example Again, all three parts must be fully integrated within another such as a single log in for all 3. Think of this project as 3 different websites that are linked but share the same database. For example, a student may include in his network profile an infobox of his courses. He can then click on a course link in his profile to directly go to the teacher's course website in the CMS. Another example is that teachers in the CMS may create notifications or announcements, such as when homework is due, which creates an alert in a student's profile of that homework. The forum is integrated when the teacher is able to set up a discussion in the CMS which creates a private board in the forum (this means that we don't . Students who join or are invited to join this board will be able to list this board in an infobox in their profile. These are just examples. The web design should have a very clean interface such as facebook. An additional functionality is the ability to choose a specific color theme. Currently in facebook, there is only one color scheme. I would like for people to be able to change this color scheme in their network profile. The same for the CMS where teachers can change the color scheme of their course websites. This functionality should be very simple, just by letting the person define color #1, color #2, and etc. I believe that based on facebook, there are only 2-3 colors in the profile color scheme. The CMS may have more. The forum will only have one color scheme which would be the default for network profiles and and the CMS. Another functionality not related to the network clone, or forum, but using the CMS is the ability to create a personal website and/or a professional website with a domain of [login to view URL], basically creating automatically a subdomain. This should allow a user to create a website using the What You See Is What You Get editor found in the CMS software to control content of pages. The CMS software (with the additional scripting to automatically create a subdomain) should be used for this. But instead of creating a course homepage, certain capabilites will be stripped or modified just for the person to make a personal website. This should allow the person to be able to make links, and add photos and etc... Payment terms are non negotiable. 50% of project cost will be in escrow at start of project. Once project is completed and completely debugged, that 50% is released. The remaining 50% will be held in a separate escrow until 45 days after our site goes live. This ensures that the site is operable and stable. If our launch is sucessful, then the escrow is released immediately. This may be a long term project for web management, maintenance, and security.
