Need Clone

I need a clone of the website done in Flash, PHP and some scripting with attached DataBase. I will provide the web address only to interested bidders. Bidders in your bid please state your country currency to prevent auto bidding and also please do not post all your websites in a huge bid because i will not consider that. You work on your server and when job is done, I escrow the money so you can install finished project on my server. This is not a small project, so I can initiate first escrow after I see some progress. The reason I don`t use escrow from the begining is because so many freelancers providers proved to be unskilled and we all wasted our time.
