new front page design

We wish to create a new front page design for an existing website based on the general style of: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] In columns and with a ‘top stories’ area which links to preview pages (such as on aol < 12345 > ) which hyperlinks to other pages on the same website. Do not need search box or such features, do need advertising areas where will use phpAds or similar to display both local (promote certain pages) and offsite (advertisers) text and display advertising. So, simply allow for these advertising areas at 'standard' sizes. Note: We may choose to make the ‘top stories’ area of the page a flash file that uses an XML file so we can change the text/images/linking urls ??" quote for this too, though we have a flash file we could already adopt. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
