PHP Website Completion

This is a simple project to complete. We have designed a website and begun codeing its functions. 1 Website main page news system content drawn from Vbulletin forum post **(begun and near completion) **2 Link Flash Intro To main website and provide always skip flash intro option. **(Link not in actual flash but Text below the flash. Flash completed)** 3 Create a Scheduel with an admin page that allows adding Names to different times. Alows viewers to choose timezone and the time changes for this. **(Nearly Completed only admin page remains)** 4 Complete the login box that is in the Flash banner so that users may log into the vBulletin forum from the main site. **(Box exists and half functional)** 5 Finish a box that displays fields from a shoutcast server. Create an admin page for the owner to upload small graphics assigned to a number to be displayed in this area. The area will read a # from the shoutcast field and display the image according to the # requested. **(The Image portion is left to complete) **6 Finish an Area that displays 10 fields that can be edited by an admin page. **(Box and Fields exist admin page needs to be created) **7 Two areas on the main site that display a short amount of text and then can click a "read more" button and move into the main article. Small picture for each **(Areas exist and are half functional, admin and main article display pages need to be created)** 8 Flash Links and Text links must be linked to correct pages. 9 Adjust page to function with Both Internet Explorer and Firefox. **(Some things look 'off' in Firefox) **10 All work said to be completed has been checked and is functional to the extent listed above. The coder is expected to either continue the work begun or begin again with their own method. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) All Requirements listed in the description above must be met to finalize the transaction by law. ## Platform In all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape Mozilla Firefox
