We have already created an iPhone app that does exactly what we want. We just need it converted to a Adobe Air desktop app that has the same functionality. It is very similar to a quiz select from screen to screen and track changes. Changes are tracked in a database online. the process is already working with iPhone and android app so it will be easy to replicate. We also recorded videos of the API working and application working. We will send videos to the winner. The only complexity is recording audio and playing it back inside the app. And that maybe very simple. Note: audio is just stored in app not database. Target platforms are Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Mac app Store. For anyone experienced in Flash app development this should be paint by numbers.
