Simple Wordpress Plugin Facebook Lock Script

Wordpress plugin development. I would like a wordpress plugin developed which will be in two sections the lite version and pro version.

Lite Version

The plugin will be a lock out plugin that will activate while the user is browsing the wordpress site.

The popup box will ask the user to like the page/post or wait a specified amount of time for the page to become functional. (user will be able to specify this)

The page background will be faded out (background opacity) which the user will be able to specify

Included in the lite version admin area will be:

? Enable/Disable lock out pop up

? Enable/Disable close button

? Enter lock out title

? URL to like or ONPAGE just to like current page

? Popup message to be added to lockout popup

? Lockout timer specify how long page should be locked for

? Background opacity default 30

? Outside click to close enable/disable

? Like button set up (what language pack should use)

The pro version will have the same features as the lite version but the extra features it will have will include

? Delay timer this will be set by user and let the reader view the page for a set amount of time before activating

? Exclude or include pages let the users specify from drop down menu pages to enable or disable

? Exclude or include pages via their page id

? API Locale Settings specify facebook locales to be used.

? Upload a image to be used on popup for branding purposes.

I would like to have it completed within 21 days.

Here are the terms of the project.

Payment terms are 100% on successful delivery of a tested and approved fully operational plugin

Any scope changes will be negotiated with the vendor before performed

Vendor will supply a status update every three business days.

The status of the update is to include what is completed to date, identify any roadblocks and provide an estimated delivery date (if different than the contract delivery date)
