Social Networking App, Iphone & Yahoo Blueprint

What I need or require: I need a mobile application for social networking on mobile phone devices, built in accordance with Yahoo! Blueprint standards, to ensure proper submission packaging and ultimate approval for addition to Yahoo! Go. There is an element of this project that I believe makes it unique, so I’d prefer to disclose that piece only with the person or firm selected to do the work. As such, it may change the scope of the work and timeframe required for delivery and in consideration for the additional time and expense to create, we would like to offer minority interest in the project. What I already have versus what the provider will build: This is a brand-new application. I need full design done, with lite graphics, including a new logo and colors for my business. I have a mental picture as to design elements, site aspects, related hierarchy, but will want the expertise of the developer to further improve. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: In terms of style, I want an eye-catching look that will appeal to my clients who are tweens, pre-teens, teens and 20 something’s. It needs to be very simple and easy to use. Specific expertise that I am seeking: You should have experience designing social networking websites. Experience with mobile application design required and Yahoo! Blueprint is a plus Timeframe for delivery: Ideally 3 weeks, but time will be driven by the delivery of a quality product.
