27713 UPS shipping integration

I am looking to have someone integrate UPS shipping tools into a new website. The only module I am interested in is the module for actual shipping rates and times. My site has been custom built using php and smarty templating (smarty knowledge is not necessary though). Here is what script needs to do : - I need to calculate UPS shipping costs and times for 3 weights at one time - I pass 3 weights along with box quantities (and dimensions if needed) as well as the ship to postal code - script should return the diferrent service levels and costs for each weight - person selects which weight option they want (only for one quantity at this point) and cost and service level is added to a shopping cart Please only respond if you have worked with the UPS tools before. I have already registered at the UPS site and have an access code as well.
