Update code to improve video conversion for online animation

I am an expert tweaking X264 params in FFMPEG to goal the trade off quality/compress-complexity. Optimal parameters depend on video's nature (render/texture type). If all animations use the same render/texture/shadows/... can be optimized, otherwise we should use a general parameters to encode a broad kind of animations. Send me more info to have a better idea what are you wanting.
