I am looking for a minifilter driver to block files from being executed on a PC. When a user tries to execute a filter, the driver should pass the path of the file, as well as the executing user name to a c# dll. The c# dll will return either true or false.
My understanding is, there will need to be some kind of middle service to talk between the c++ driver and the C# dll.
The driver will run each time a file is executed on a local drive, or network path.
The developer must deliver a sample c# dll that returns a bool true for false. It should return false if the file name is blockedfile.exe.
If false is returned, the c++ driver will block execution of the file. If returned true, execution should be permitted.
If for any reason an error occurred, execution should not be blocked.
Do not bid unless you have considered your price. i.e. NO random amounts.
