ADA Photo Documenter App

I am creating a mobile app that involves documentation of photos. The documentation involves using voice to text to complete data in various fields of a created form. The app will automatically keep advancing to the next field/segment based upon criteria within the pre-created forms. MetaData will also be automatically copied from a photo and installed in a new form which allows specific fields of metadata to be changed. (example : Name: XNDIUEOEN!... is changed to "Front View" ) The app will also create reports and link those reports and data to outside API links. Once submitter is determined qualified, I will send a NDA to complete. Once that is completed, specs will be sent of the app and how to build the app. The hired app builder is required to be experienced the the following and show proof before being sent confidential information.
