Add function for an online shop

An Opencart shop V3 requires a function in backend admin:
Right now an extension "Product option combination extension" is used to manipulate option combination, e.g. color red has size S only, color blue has size M and L. Each option combination has a unique model number. Front-end looks like ([login to view URL]), which color red is selected, only available size will be displayed. This extension is NOT using standard Opencart option definition.
Requirement is:
- add a button in the product administration page, say, generate "selection list". "Selection List" has to be using standard opencart option selection list.
- "selection list" will contain all defined combinations for current product in plain text format Model + options definition, e.g
Model-number: AOJ-C9104-BK-SM; Model: Black (C9104); Size: S/M
Model-number: AOJ-C9104-BK-ML; Model: Black (C9104) - Size: M/L
....
As a result, the same product in front-end will look like sm-4.jpg. Reason is: a third party system relies on standard Opencart option to work.
For your information:
Product option combination extension is adding 3 tables. Only 2 tables are involved. Schemas are attached [login to view URL], sm-6.jpg.
sm-5 is product_options_combinations table which stores individual combinations. Take product 311 as example, its has 21 combinations defined with id (combination_id) varies from 6246 to 6267.
sm-6 is product_options_combinations_option_values which only contains 2 entries for combination_id 6246 of product 311.
