Hi - I am looking for the member login area of our current website ([login to view URL] - built in Wordpress) to be redone to include additional tabs of eg Bookings, Calendar, Events, Communications, Maintenance. Or would it be easier to create an app for members to do the above?
We then need an online booking option created. We have some unusual booking rules though that need to be considered. I have attached a word doc of an eg of the flow of information we are considering but are open to suggestions on what is the easiest and quickest way to achieve the result - A general outline is
No money needs to be paid
there are 30 cabins on site + 10 campground spots
You can only book a cabin 6 weeks out from the arrival date
Booking are for a max of 7 days per booking
You can only have 2 standard bookings in the system at any 1 time (ie within a 6 week period)
There are additional booking types of premium bookings (can be booked 10 weeks out and you only get 2 per year)
School holidays are considered peak periods and you can only have 1 booking (of either type above) in the system during this period
Calendar needs to simply be the calendar details that are in the word doc
Events would outline the details of the events listed in the calendar and would allow people to sign up and elect which horse they might want for a gymkhana etc - I would imagine an on line form that goes to the office.
Communications needs to be somewhere documents can be uploaded by staff for members to review
Maintenance needs to be an online form to report issues or outlines of work to be completed by members to be approved by staff
