I need a call forwarding solution set up in my aws account. I dont have any specific PBX software / service in mind - you can suggest the same.
The intended use case is as follows:
1. Currently my service agent is taking calls from customers on their mobile phone directly.
2. Instead, I would like these calls to be routed through a server
a) Let us say the service agent is on number 90000 00001 currently
b) We will procure another number - (whatever we get from the telco - say 9876543210)
c) Customers will be asked to call the new number 9876543210
d) The call will be auto forwarded to 90000 00001. But most importantly
The program running in the server will "listen" to the call for further internal CRM workflow.

the reallity that you want to record the calls, is that? Please, especify completely your needs. What kind of equipment the agent uses? mobile? telephone?
Hi. Do you want this to block direct contact from your customers to the agent ? So your customer needs to call your system to be connected to the agent. Am I right ?
