Amazon Integration & Checkout Process

Hi,
1. This task is in relation to the Market Places where we have our store set-up.
As you are aware that we have our website where in we sell Jewellery in the same fashion we are connected with different Market places on Amazon and they are as follows:
Amazon UK
Amazon Spain
Amazon France
Amazon Germany
Amazon Itlay
The problem we are facing is we aren't being able to list all are products via Magento we have already integrated it using the third party platform and that is M2E pro.
We are unable to map it.
There are two ways to map the Products:
i. Automatic and
ii. Manual.
When tried via Automatic it shows an error of inappropriate and for manual search when we type a particular keyword or ASIN or SKU of the product in order to search the product, we receive an error saying server is currently unavailable.
Please could you check what is the issue. I can provide you with the necessary details if any required.
I would require all the products to be active on all the above Amazon Platforms.
2. Checkout:
When we place an order and proceed towards checkout we are facing two errors
i. The Shipping Rates aren't been updated
ii. When we click on Place Order the order isn't getting placed.
1. When we click on My Account the top right hand Header corner, we aren't being able to access the Page please could you check.
