We are looking for a programmer to develop a basic application to access an API up to once an hour to interrogate the ACMA database and check for changes in certain attributes such as new/removed registrations against a licensee. We would like the application to assess changes and output these into a .csv or .xls file. There are a 5 data headers required in the .csv: Name, Latitude, Longitude, Maximum Height, Description. The output from the ACMA API should allow for a mapping along the lines of Site ID/Name -> Name, Latitude -> Latitude, Longitude -> Longitude, Antenna Height -> Maximum Height, Nothing -> Description. We would like the capability to be able to specify a new interrogation which creates a new output file regularly or once-off. Recommendations accepted on this.
