Thank you for your interest in Project Phoenix.
We are a small third-party company who connects an end-user (the Client) with a service provider (the Provider). We are starting in one major city before expanding to other cities on a national scale. Project Phoenix is our codename for the creation of the UI and software needed to operate our company.
Overview of Project for Bid
Project Phoenix will involve a multi-phase plan to implement a family of interconnected mobile apps (Client/Provider/Admin UIs) which derive from a web-based platform. The apps are how the Client requests our services and how Providers sign up with us. After software launch, we will require ongoing support and maintenance of the above-mentioned software, but the initial bid is only for the initial development of the web platform and mobile apps to launch.
Developer will need experience in creating multi-platform end-user apps (iOS & Android), as well as a web-based interface. Both mobile & web apps must be capable of managing user logins, user payment via credit card, pushing SMS and email. Experience with geo-based tools and secure pay is a must.
Pre-requisites for Project Phoenix
Before any additional details can be conveyed regarding the scope of work, you are asked to complete and sign our Non-Disclosure & Non-Compete Agreements. Once your profile is reviewed for skills and qualifications, and the Agreements have been completed and returned, a detailed scope of work as well as wireframes will be sent to you for your review. At that time you are invited to clarify any questions with us before providing any estimates.
