Appfolio Contract Set-Up -- 2

Hello, I own a small Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in Residential Property Management. I am in need of someone to spearhead a project to upload all of my legal documents into the Appfolio Software program. This will be about 65% copy and paste and 35% autopopulating items throughout the documents such as where to sign, initial, rent amount, lease dates, security deposit amounts. Appfolio already has the auto populate fields made you just have to insert them where the legal documents need them to be inserted. I will attach a copy of the PDF Lease Agreement as an example fo your to see where there will need to be autopopulation done and some other dashes that need filled in. There are 4 leases. The next set of legal documents are mostly one page and only need a signature. I will attach a few of these as well. Lastly, there will be some pamphlets to upload. For the lease agreements they are a little tricky in the beginning but I can explain that if I speak with you. I am English speaking only.
