I need to set up my Wordpress Blog's Gravity Form to do these things:
I have a form where people filled out and after they filled this form out, I send them an automated email from Drip to make the payment - the problem is - they pay manually by making an E-Transfer - so, once they make the payment I need to send them an email with some instructions for what they need to do next. For all the people who paid - I need to copy from Gravity Form some of the form details, namely: names, address, gram amount, phone number and Skype username and I want to parse these to Google Calendar - once in Google Calendar, we will send a notification to all the people whom the calendar is shared with - by default, we will share it with this user whose detail we are parsing over along with two other admin's email addresses. I also need to parse some of this user's data to Google Sheet - I want to parse their name, email address, phone number, gram amount, the amount paid and date paid.
This should all be done automatically once I click a button in WordPress that says: Paid beside the person who filled out the form data. So, they fill out the form, we get their data and it will have a button beside it that says: "Paid" I will be able to click this button and then it will do all that I have explained above. I have tried Zapier integration - that won't work.
Let me know how much this will cost and how long it will take.
