Knowledge about how to build REST APIs and Micro-service applications. Passionate about creating visually compelling UIs with an eye for design and a mind for UX. Have production code or work samples that you are willing to share upon being interviewed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Involved in the open source community (desired). Design and architecture experience (desired). Responsibilities Working with other highly skilled developers who are passionate about solving large, complex problems using modern technologies and methodologies. Adapting to the ever-changing environment of a fast paced, agile start-up. Producing clean and concise code and challenge it to be tested. Contributing thoughts and ideas to the growth and improvement of technology. Work independently while collaborating with a remote distributed team. Prioritising, delegating tasks, and mentoring team members on code quality and best practices. Please note, while we prefer Full-Stack Engineers who can contribute to both ends of development, our teams are siloed, and you will be doing either FE or BE work depending on your preference and our current needs. As such we are open to candidates who are pure FE/BE and ask Full Stack candidates to please state your preference.
