I require a bespoke database based software package for a complete one stop system for a repairs based business. From point of sale to Invoice and return of goods. I have a good idea of what I would like the software to do and can't find a CRM on the market that can do it.
In a nutshell the software wil:
1. Book in a repair with customer details and individual job details.
2. Automatically create a job repair reference and create a printable receipt for the client.
3. Log the customers details.
4. Track the repair project through the following stages:
Estimate - Proceed status - Workshop - Invoice - Collection/delivery - Archive.
5. I would like to be able to create searchable and printable reports of each stage (i.e. run a report showing all of the jobs waiting for an estimate)
6. I would like to be able to pull up a clients details and it show all of the historic jobs we have done for them and the status of current jobs pending.
7. I would like to be able to create a job card for each job which can be generated automatically based on an estimate (i.e. when an estimate is proceeded I would like the job card to be automatically created showing the number of hours quoted and the work to do but not the costs)
8. I would like the client list, estimates and invoices to be integrated with Quickbooks Online.
9. I would like user log ins for multiple members of staff.
10. If possible (not compulsory) I would like a web based customer portal where the customer can log in to see the job progress and view estimates and invoices as well as notes and photographs.
There are many more finer details to discuss, but I think this gives the idea of what I am after.
