Hello,
I'm looking for a site similar in function to blablacar with apps both for iOS and Android. There was a company called bbcs products that had wonderful working script and apps, but they either went out of business or lost their rights to keep the site posted. V3Cube has a product as well, but they must have gone out of business as well. I'm essentially looking for a site similar to blablacar or very similar to this rideshare site:

This is for a small regional ridesharing community that will reduce traffic and make a ridesharing community that is safe and reliable.
The site should have the following functionality:
1) Rider facing functionality
a) Riders are able to search for rides originating from their current city to their desired destination within a range of 5 to 100 miles.
b) Account is linked with Facebook for verification
c) Ability to communicate with driver via separate portal within the framework of the site without seeing driver's full contact information (clarify pickup and dropoff points)
d) Ability to review driver and rider information and disable riders who abuse the system
e) Additional pages for safety, etc. that allow for guest communication about logistics and safety.
DRIVER SIDE
a) Driver enters the departure city, time, size of bags they are willing to take, and the vehicle they will be driving.
b) Additional function - "stopover" cities that propagate as separate rides and also update the parent ride if booked.
c) Seats -- driver will select the number of people they will be willing to pick up. As the seats are booked the system fills the seats and updates availability.
d) Ride confirmation - upon entry of the ride completion code or a "swipe" by the rider the fee will be deposited into the driver's wallet. The driver can then request the funds be transferred to their account or left in the site's wallet for future disbursement.
SITE FUNCTIONS
Website is built using PHP and is 100% open for all kind of customizations and enhancements.
Management of site -
Site has a backend where I can control who has accounts and manually release funds to clients.
Money - Using Magento backend or some other similar backend, I would like to be able to adjust the commission the site charges.
CSS and layout - similar to v3Cube's layout and app development
a) Pay with cryptocurrency - guests can pay with bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, or powdercoin.
b) Standard payment gateway - similar to any other site, with proper security and https:// functionality to protect client data.
I realize this is only a minimal explanation, but really I'm looking for something as close to blablacar as possible with the added function of Uber's last minute carpool feature. Thank you!
