Boostrap Data Table on CS-Cart website for product page -- 2

We have an auto parts online store running on CS-Cart. We would like to add a fitment table in our product pages.
We will be providing the fitment data in CSV files (approximately 40 files, 7.5GB in total).
Each of our products in our website has unique part number. The fitment data should be retrieved based on the part number and make (Category) of the product.
We would like to use a bootstrap data table. We will provide the link to the bootstrap table we want to use. The table should be designed the way we have described it in our project.
A good example of how we want our data displayed is this website:

but we need a few additional features.

I have also attached a more detailed explanation about the project.
We are looking for somebody with good knowledge of CS-Cart besides knowing SQL databases, PHP, Javascript etc.
