The adventure bot must be an integrated element on the site, not a popup in the corner. The bot shall start with a welcome and ask what type of activity the customer want to join automatically.
My goal is that the bot will be a preferred and robust starting point to ordinary search when visitors search and surf around the site. With the bot, I hope to make the experience on the site more like the conversation like interacting with a human.
Today's websites it's like hunting a needle in a haystack to find what you are looking for, which is not fair to visitors.
We have the technology to help them out with less effort from the customer side. We need to use the database, bot, AI and all other technology and tools as an integrated part to the best experience for our customer and stop once for all to play hide and seek with our customer.
