Build me a CRM

I need a CRM for my real-estate business this CRM should contain one admin panel and one employee panel the data will come from the forms that we will use on the website and will be filled by customers. list of requirements in Admin panel 1- A dashboard where there should be a table which shows the data as Customer Name, number, email, property name, type of property(2bhk,3bhk,4bhk, 5+ bhk, office space, villa) and after that in same table there should be button so the admin can transfer the data of the perticular row and col to his selected employe. Ex: on clicking transfer button a list of emp will open and on selecting the emp name the data should be transfer to that emp profile. there should be an col, so that it can show which is active lead and on which the emp is woking. Also add a button for the followup (like google calander so follow details should be filled and on that perticular date and time the notifiaction should come) 2-there should be an counter card which will show 1- total no of lead(how many cust filled that form for inquer), Active leads and completed leads 3-profile information of all the emp. along with option update and delete profile and role and chnage password. 4-there should ne moniter page when admin can see the daily login info of the emp(login time will start when emp will login in pannel and logout time when they will logout ). 5-todo list 6-notification whenever cust fill the form on website and the notification should come on mobile. 7-bulk sms and email apge for promottion. (nav bar should be an slider with a hamburber menu) logout button.
