Build me a freelancer like website

For example, in this kind of website there are two main service category 1) Online Service- Website design, Development, Civil and Architecture design and calculation, Article writing and all and 2) offline services- Electronics device making, Cleaning Service etc. So what kind of service you are currently focusing? - The Interaction between the clients and service provider will be same as a freelancer? like Clients will post jobs and the service provider will apply for the jobs which are so-called BID. and after that, the clients will initiate the chat with the suitable service provider and make deals final? - You mention about the payment in the document? That will be handled by Paypal and bank transfer that's perfect. but in freelancer, there is Escrow system. So will you plan to integrate something like that, so that clients can deposit money into the escrow and after completion, that fund will be released to the service provider? actually, this is mainly for the security purpose for both the party.
