My name is Juan and I work teaching courses to translators. My business is organizing courses, seminars and conferences, some of them taught by my self, some of them taugh by other speakers I hire. Currently, I use a sort of Google form for registrations, so that I get all the information of the people who would like to attend in a spreadsheet, and then, I email them to send payment information. Then I use the spreadsheet to mark who paid and who attended. Then I copy and paste all that info to my mailing platform to use the data to inform those people about future courses. I would like to have a system so that people complete the registration form, and get payment information according to the payment method chosen (my payment operator is MercadoPago), and the list is automatically updated with payments received, I can export their emails or send all the registrants a message, I can export the list to print it... etc. I'd like to reduce the work load by automatizing the registration and payment process. I currently have a Wordpress site that I am planning to redesign. Ideally, we should be able to upload the system to my donweb hosting.
The project would requiere a user-side (which would be the list of available courses and the registration form). And an administration side, where I can see registrants of each course, add new courses (with fields such as course name, max capacity, flyer, description, speaker, etc., so that the course is added to the platform).
Each registration form for each course should have an individual link that I can share on social networks where I promote the courses. Feel free to ask any questions you may have, I'll keep adding any info that comes to my mind. This is my first Project here, i believe.

The problema with this is that it requires too much manual work.
Some more thoughts on the project. My current payment- channels are MercadoPago (for credit and debit cards) and wire transfers and deposits. For wire transfers and deposits, I email people the bank details, and they email me the receipt. I check it in my Home Banking and mark them as paid.
Now with MercadoPago, attendants could be marked as paid automatically, because the payment Gateway will tell us if the payment was processed or not. For wires, maybe we'll have to provide registrants with an upload link where they can upload the receipt and then, in the back-end (admin side) I get to see those and mark them as paid so the list is updated.
I could also use (this is not mandatory, but would help me better handle everything with one platform, to have a very simple mailing platform so that I can email people who "atended the marketing course" or people who "have not attendend the Spanish correction course". I have an Amazon SES smpt account that can be used to process emails. I currently use it with the Newsletter plugin for WordPress (https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/), but I spend a lot of time copying and pasting emails from my Google Sheets to the Newsletter plugin, and putting together the list of people I want to email. It doesn't have to be very advanced, plain text or any text that looks just like an email written on my phone or email client will do. As mentioned, this would be an ideal addition, but it's not the main priority. I just would love to have an "all in one" platform.

You can specify wether you are including that or not in the Price, or mention what the additional for that would be (so as to keep the same aesthetics in website and course registration platform).
