Build and Referral app with UPI Payment System

Job Description:
I need a Referral system app. I have attached, How the user app will work.
1. In the user app UPI payment system need to be integrated, the user can register only if they paid the amount.
2. For registration Google Firebase need to be integrated for easy registration/login via OTP.
3. The registration amount/fees will be set via Admin Panel.
4. Users can see User referrals by him/her in their app.
5. From Admin Panel we can see users and users whom they referred under them.
6. User will earn some % commission when someone joins via their referral link
7. They can request payment from the app and also can see the payment received status.
8. In the admin panel we can make payment requests as Done after manual payment is done.
