Build me a script for subtitles search function

I need you to make me a script that will use this bootstrap search form : [login to view URL]

to find certain subtitles by name .

You can use the opensubtitles API: [login to view URL]

or use some kind of custom search engine that will scrap certain subtitles when user enter the name in the search form. You can use opensubtitles or [login to view URL] from which subtitles can be scraped by links.

1 . So this will be used as a simple search form : [login to view URL]

2. When the user enter name of the certain subtitle to find subtitle by name and hit enter , on the page will be displayed subtitles in a different languages (starting from English) from the website opensubtitles or [login to view URL] it doesnt matter which of this two website is used for the scraping and of course they can download subtitles by clicking on that link.
