Project is a tracking software of Vehicle In and Out record.
All vehicles entering in and out of the facility will be tagged and entered in this software.
We have a ANPR software that will give you input in a csv file, every 5 minutes for all the movement occuring at entry or exit points. Input contains filepath for screenshot of vehicle and numberplate info, plus in or out timestamp.
There are different reports that can come out of this record. The app is access controlled and each user having access to functionalities as per their previlege level. On a Monthly basis, the software will create dashboards having exception records and TIme graphs which shall be described to you once selected for the work
This data needs to be arranged in the manner described in the ppt below. Price can be negotiated, but work needs to be of good quality and needs to be timely delivered. There will be an liquidated damages upto the extent of 50% of project fee clause in case work is not timely delivered and of right quality.
