Build a Telegram Bots for Instagram Engagement

I run a group on Instagram solely for Engagement and we're looking to expand! I'll keep my parameters pretty simple and easy but I some automated bots that do the following - DX LIKE AND COMMENT BOT: 1. Welcomes new members, and tells them the rules of the chat. 2. Needs to verify that each poster has liked and commented the previous 10 posts, before sending in their own link for engagement or they will get banned by the bot. ENTERPRISE DX LIKE AND COMMENT BOT: 1. Welcomes new members, and tells them the rules of the chat. 2. Needs to verify that each poster has liked and commented the previous 30 posts, before sending in their own link for engagement or they will get banned by the bot. LIKE ROUND BOT: There will be big rounds each day at the following times, hosted by the bot. - 9 am/pm EST - 12 am/pm EST - 3 am/pm EST - 6 am/pm EST 1. The bot will ask for users to drop their @username. This will be approximately 30 minutes before the big round. Example: If round starts at 9:00 EST, then you should start dropping your names after 8:30 EST. Ways to drop: •@username (getting likes & returning likes with same account). •@username with @givinglikes (receiving likes with @username, while giving likes with @givinglikes) •Option to drop one at a time, or together as a list •User must specify how many accounts they want to like/receive likes from 2. The bot will now compile the list, and each user must like everything manually. If it is your first time in the group, you must message the bot, and press start. *This only has to be done once. Now for every drop users want to take part in, when the list compiles at :00, users can click the list you would like to receive, FL, MP, IGDM. The bot will private message each user the list that they have clicked in the telegram group. 3. Users do not have to D, UNLESS something happened with the account they are returning likes with, and they need to engage with another account. If this happens and to prevent a ban, users must say: D @originalusername engaged with @newlikingaccount /remove @username —> removes your drop /nextround —> tells you how long the next round is in /check —> checks for engagement progress in current round by percentage /ranking —> notifies user of respective rank in group (Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor) 4. Each user needs to engage with at least 85% of the accounts on their list for each round. If they fail to meet that quota, they will be warned by the bot. Each warning knocks them down in group ranking (Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor) until they get banned. ENTERPRISE LIKE ROUND BOT: Similar functions to the like round bot, with the option of selecting how many accounts they want to like/receive likes from. Each user needs to engage with at least 95% of the accounts on their list for each round. If they fail to meet that quota, they will be warned by the bot. BAN PROCESS: If a user gets banned for not following terms, an automated private DM must be sent out with further instructions and insight as to what to do. The L&C, Enterprise L&C, and Like Round Bots MUST ban the user for 6 months, and compile a list per bot that can be reviewed by the bot admin via /banlist. The Enterprise Like Round Bot MUST ban the user permanently, and compile a list that can be viewed by the Bot Admin via /banlist. The bot admin can add and remove users to ban lists per choosing.
