Build a trip booking website for a single yatch

I would like to launch a website where my customer could book a yacht trip for one day or for one week. Users should be able to sign up, book, pay and see their booking status online (paid, canceled) and be able to print their booking details and receipt.
They of course would get a confirmation email that their order is successful or not.
The booking solution need to take in consideration whether the yacht is already booked or not. If the boat is rented for a whole week, no one should be able to book a one day trip during that week...
The website will have to be responsive.
The client wants to be able to add promos codes, meteo infos, cultural events as well.
