Job Description:
1. Each of the instructors can register on the platform. 2. The academy notifies you by email every time someone registers. 3. Notifies you by email every time someone has taken an online class. 4. It allows payment from students through payment gateways and make payments with a debit or credit card and you will also find a section to see your monthly earnings 5. It is a smart system that allows users to reset their password if they lose it. 6. Question and answer section 7. Integration with webcam and microphone 8. Online whiteboard. . tutors enter their time tutored and system bills the student (There should be time tracking). Let’s tutors see their earnings and also their payment history. Tutors should see their hours worked daily, weekly, monthly, and even yearly and see how much they have earned after I have subtracted my fee (10 to 15% of their total). Students should be email to message the tutor through the website and tutors can reply from the website. All messages are internal. Whenever tutor gets message, they should get emailed that they have received a message and they should login to their tutor dashboard to read and answer it. If tutor answers the message student should also be emailed to the email address on file that they have received a message. For tutor or student to schedule a lesson payment information should be online from the student (possibly notify with green check mark that student has payment info on file). If student does not have payment information then neither the student nor the tutor can schedule lessons.
