Job Description:
The website is supposed to provide the service of linking clients to services. Any client who is looking for a service from any location within Africa best on the geotagging function within the website can be able to access service providers in that particular area who are registered within the application.
Clients will be required to register. if it's an individual there is no registration fee but there is approval after verification where each client provides their phone number; preferably a mobile phone number and their identification details which shall include an identification document and take a picture of themselves which shall be put in the database.
Companies that provide services will be required to pay a verification fee of $5 and submit their company registration details which shall be included physical address, company registration documents including tax clearance company registration certificate company profile list of services offered and if possible price rates for different services
Whenever a client goes online and searches for a particular service in their locality the website should be able to geotag the target location showing the list of service providers who are verified within their location and the options provided by each of the service provider.
Once a client has received the list of particular services offered by the clients he or she can choose the particular service that she's in need of and the application will provide them with the various costings for various services offered by the different service provider
for instance if a client is seeking for freight forwarding services the application will provide a list of verified freight handling and Freight clearing agents and their rates. The client will then select the most convenient service and Traders from the app by clicking the particular service provider. The freight service provider will receive a notification indicating the client and the service the client is seeking, and request for a quote to be released to the client via email or WhatsApp message.
Any service provider or dealers will be required to confirm receipt, verify request and supply a quotation within a limited amount of time. Any delays or failure to respond to client resultd in a lower rating from the system. once the client receives the same quotation, they will be required to specify the duration for which the quotation will be processed or an order placed. upon confirmation, the client can initiate a payment to the service provider for that service which will be processed through the application.
clients and service providers will be required to rate service delivery levels and levels of satisfaction by the client or service provider. Such data shall be retained within the system and service providers will be rated on efficiency professionalism cost and feedback from the clients on satisfaction levels.
Services will be listed according to location and grouped in different clusters of related services such as Industrial Services transportation legal financial and the many other categories that we have not limited to accommodation, transportation etc
Payment options should be Incorporated within the application and shall include mobile Money payment visa or other modes of payment that can be tracked through the system. The app functionality May be developed to include search keywords and other features that make it easier for the user to differentiate search results.
